This Live Online Training accompanies participants through a dynamic mix of keynote speeches, interactive sessions, case studies from the laboratory and office as well as group exercises. In short modules, proven LEAN approaches and modern digital methods are combined in a practical and engaging way: physical workplace optimization, digital data structuring, meaningful self-organization tools – supplemented by current strategies for stress reduction and efficiency increase in an environment of resource scarcity.
We work live on realistic use cases, analyze specific work processes (e.g. file storage, directories, e-mails and laboratory workflows) and jointly develop individual action steps. The seminar ends with a quiz for knowledge reflection, a personal action plan so that what has been learned can be implemented directly. The aim is to enable participants to consistently tidy up their analogue and digital working environments, to restructure them and to organise them efficiently in the long term. You will learn to uncover obstacles in your processes in a self-critical and solution-oriented manner – whether in the laboratory, office or home office – and develop tailor-made concepts for optimization in interactive exercises. Participants gain strength through the targeted use of LEAN methods, practical self-organization and smart use of digital tools – to reduce work pressure, conserve resources and make everyday work clearer and easier.

Laboratory and Office Optimization (Digital)
- Together, we will develop actionable answers to the following questions:
- Where do we stand today?
- What are the challenges?
- Can the analogue principles of order be transferred to the digital world?
- Can AI and/or digital tools support us here?
- How important is self-organization and personal attitude here? - With solutions that can be implemented quickly, examples and practical exercises
