APIC: Template für RSM-Quality Agreements

Seit Dezember 2025 ist die erste Version des "Quality Agreement Template for Regulatory Starting Materials ("RSMs") and Critical Materials between company "x" and company "y"" auf der APIC - Webseite im Reiter "Publications" verfügbar. Diese erste Version, welche laut Dokumentenhistorie auf September 2025 datiert ist, wurde von der APIC Task Force "Supplier Management" erstmalig erstellt und basiert auf der Grundlage des APIC Guidance Dokuments "APIC Quality Agreement Guideline & Template", welches zuletzt in 2024 aktualisiert wurde. Das "Quality Agreement Template for Regulatory Starting Materials ("RSMs") and Critical Materials between company "x" and company "y"" ist als "Annex 1 -Best practices guide for managing suppliers of API manufactures" ausgewiesen.

Als Vorschlag eines Inhaltsverzeichnisses eines Quality Agreements für Regulatory Starting Materials (RSMs) nennt diese Vorlage die folgenden Punkte:

Im Vergleich zum generellen Quality Agreement Template ist vor allem der Absatz 3 Quality Responsibilities etwas kürzer gefasst und hat die für RSMs spezifischen Punkte verankert. Hierzu zählen beispielsweise die Unterpunkte 5, 8, 11, 14, 16 und 23.
